RAAS is a coordination and management platform. We do not perform scans ourselves. We connect referring hospitals with equipment partners and ensure results move securely between them.

1. Who Uses RAAS

RAAS is used by:

  • Referring Partners – hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers who send patients for imaging or diagnostic tests.
  • Equipment Partners – diagnostic centers or facilities that own imaging equipment and perform scans.
  • Patients – individuals whose diagnostic tests are arranged through RAAS.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect what is necessary to run the service.

a. Information from Referring Partners

  • Hospital or clinic name
  • Contact person details (name, email, phone number)
  • Patient referral details
  • Requested test or scan type

b. Information from Equipment Partners

  • Business name and registration details
  • Contact information
  • Equipment and service availability
  • Diagnostic results generated from scans

c. Patient Information

  • Full name
  • Age and gender
  • Contact details (where required)
  • Medical referral details
  • Diagnostic images and reports

Important: RAAS does not interpret medical results. All reports are generated by the equipment partner and sent directly to the referring hospital.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Match referrals to available diagnostic equipment
  • Coordinate appointments and service delivery
  • Transmit diagnostic results securely to the referring hospital
  • Manage billing, records, and service performance
  • Improve the reliability and efficiency of the platform

We do not sell personal or medical data.

4. How Information Is Shared

Information may be shared only with:

  • The referring hospital that requested the test
  • The equipment partner performing the scan
  • Authorized staff managing RAAS operations
  • Regulators or authorities, where legally required

We do not allow unauthorized third-party access to patient medical data.

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect data, including:
