Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of RAAS (Radiography as a Service) operated by Sunsage Limited. By using RAAS, you agree to these Terms.

1. What RAAS Does

RAAS is a managed platform that:

  • Connect referring partners and Individuals with certified equipment partners
  • Coordinates diagnostic services
  • Facilitates secure delivery of scan results

RAAS is a service coordinator, not a medical provider.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

a. Referring Partners

Referring hospitals agree to:

  • Provide accurate patient and referral information
  • Use RAAS only for legitimate medical purposes
  • Handle received diagnostic results according to medical and legal standards

b. Equipment Partners

Equipment partners agree to:

  • Perform scans professionally and lawfully
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of diagnostic results
  • Deliver results promptly through approved channels
  • Maintain required licenses and certifications
  • Ensure that every registered test has complete instructions for patients before it is published

c. Individuals

Individuals who register directly on RAAS, without a referring hospital or doctor, agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and health information when registering and booking
  • Use RAAS only for their own legitimate medical purposes
  • Complete payment before a test slot is confirmed, in line with the platform's booking process
  • Acknowledge and follow any disclaimer or pre-test instructions shown before booking
  • Collect and handle their own diagnostic results responsibly

d. RAAS / Sunsage Limited

We agree to:

  • Operate and maintain the platform
  • Coordinate services in good faith
  • Protect data as described in the Privacy Policy

3. Medical Disclaimer

RAAS:

  • Does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice
  • Does not alter or interpret diagnostic results

All medical decisions remain the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

4. Payments and Fees

  • Service fees, commissions, or charges will be agreed separately with partners
  • RAAS reserves the right to update pricing with notice
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Platform Use Rules

Users must not:

  • Misuse patient data
  • Upload false or misleading information
  • Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
  • Use RAAS for unlawful activities

Violation may lead to suspension or termination.

6. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or external factors may affect availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • RAAS is not liable for medical outcomes
  • RAAS is not responsible for errors in diagnostic reports created by equipment partners
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • There is risk to patient safety or data security
  • Required payments are not made

Users may stop using RAAS at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Sunsage Limited is registered, unless otherwise required by law.
